Keep Burning Bright

Our aim is to make sure that all of our customers are happy with their products until the light burns out. So we are sharing with you some bright ideas.

To prevent uneven wax when burning, always make sure that the candle has burn't long enough to melt the wax around the edges of the glass.

In order to keep your candle as elegant as the day you bought it, keep the wick neatly trimmed to about 6mm from the candles surface.

As much as we would love to produce eternal flames, we can only guarantee that the burning time of our candles is approximately 25 hours.

Spotted Air Bubbles? 

Dont panic, from time to time this happens due to changes in the surrounding temperature.

Discolouration?

This is purely down to our generous amount of fragrance oil which present within the candle.

Never leave a candle unattended at any time. Always make sure you protect any surface on which the candle sits.

​​

Diffusing in the Right Direction

Our diffusers last approximately 6 weeks. In order to get the best possible fragrance performance we advice turning the reeds upside down if you notice the intensity of the fragrance weakening.

Whilst our fragrances are appealing, never ingest the diffuser oil.

​​

Always ensure you protect any surface on which the diffuser sits.

​​

Last but not Least 

Always keep Candles, Diffusers, Wax Melts and Room Sprays out of reach of young children.
